Questions
- What is the showcase?
- The pieces you open to others. Pieces in your vault stay with you only. When the showcase is full, a new piece waits in the vault; take one down to put another up.
- Is the vault really unlimited?
- Yes. On every paid plan you can keep as many pieces as you like in your vault and ledger. For unusual bulk use, the fair use rule in the terms of use applies.
- If I downgrade, are my pieces deleted?
- No. Your vault and showcase stay as they are. While you are over the limit, you only cannot add new pieces or put new ones on show.
- How do I cancel?
- From Membership in your profile, in one step. Your plan runs to the end of the period; you are not charged again.
More questions
- What if I run out of scans?
- Free has a single trial scan. On paid plans scans renew every month; unused scans do not carry over. Adding a piece by hand is always open.
- Do I get an invoice?
- An e-archive invoice is e-mailed after each payment. For a company invoice, enter the company name and tax details at checkout.
- What if the price changes?
- We e-mail you 30 days ahead. If you do not accept, you can cancel; the old price applies until then.
